Return Policy and Refund Guidelines

At Exquisite Flex Specialty Shop, every gown is custom-made with precision, care, and luxury craftsmanship. Because our designs are created specifically for each client, we maintain the following policy:

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All dresses are custom-made to order based on the measurements and specifications provided by the customer.

For this reason:

All custom-made dresses are FINAL SALE.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom or made-to-order items.

Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements at the time of purchase. Exquisite Flex Specialty Shop is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly address issues if:

• The dress arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• The item received is not the design or color ordered

In these cases:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Photos of the issue must be provided
• If approved, we will offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion

Alterations

Minor alterations are a normal part of couture and luxury garments. We recommend working with a professional tailor for final adjustments. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
