Products & Services

All garments sold by Exquisite Flex Specialty Shop are custom-made and made-to-order unless otherwise stated. Each design is crafted based on the measurements, color selections, and specifications provided by the customer.

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, embellishment placement, or detailing may occur. These variations are considered normal and part of couture craftsmanship.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before production begins. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Custom Orders & Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Exquisite Flex Specialty Shop is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements submitted by the customer.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Production & Delivery Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and order volume. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed and delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.
